Belleair Beach Resort Motel

Spent 3 nights here with my children, had a wonderful stay overall.

The hotel of choice in Belleair Beach. The venue was gorgeous and clean with free wi-fi.

In general the staff were welcoming and accommodating.

The room was updated and brand-new, the hotel was fairly clean. I loved the room with a fridge and microwave, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Their staff were very unpleasant.

Small hotel, very comfy bed, free breakfast. Close to the airport, 28 min drive.

Had a great stay in the most wonderful location, glad I've chosen it. I was met by outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff at the reception. Also, I greatly enjoyed how peaceful the location was. Also, it was 1 mile from Bay Park on Sand Key.

Clean, exceptional value hotel, its location was perfect and short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping and shops. The pool area is clean too.

Everything seemed perfect, extremely friendly staff, updated rooms.

the staff was exceptionally welcoming, the beds were best, and the breakfast was vegan. this hotel was in a gorgeous area. the a la carte restaurant was comfy, good service. sky bar and lovely pool.

Good home base for exploring Belleair Beach. Priceless view, premium bar - everything was wonderful. All in all unbelievable setting. I had a convenient room with marble bathroom. An awesome casual restaurant was open on site.

Loved the atmosphere of this nice central hotel, pleasant location and fabulous rooms. Everything was awesome during our stay but disappointing aspect was very tiny bathroom. Lots of food in the property, casual restaurant. It was a relaxing base for our very delightful stay.

The views were nothing special.

Colourful place, experienced staff, magnificent views. Liked the lobby, it had free wifi. Besides, it had reliable internet, handy to surf the net.

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was neat and the bed was lovely. This property's staff was very knowledgeable, providing an exemplary service. Savoury start of the day with cookies and hot waffles.

It was really unforgettable time in Belleair Beach. The dining room was good. It was great to have free wifi in the lobby. Bottled liquors, beers and wines in the sky bar, private parking place.

Everything was perfect, the service was exquisite! Bright room with an exceptional view.

Room was good and well kept, with free Wi-Fi. The bed was comfy, so I had a perfect 10/10 stay. A wonderful beach, marvellous view. Pool was very clean, comfortable to sit around🙂😃

Beautiful location, really big property, exceptionally comfortable beds. Breathtaking view of gulf. Everything seemed so perfect, clean enough. Free parking on site was available when we stayed. Very relaxing stay in the fairly quiet area.

Hotel's queen suite was ideal for family; for example it included climate control and an electronic key card. All the employees were helpful...

The hotel met expectations. The location was QUIET and the bed comfortable. We had the apartment and it had a balcony. It was easy walk to Belleair Beach city centre.

This hotel is equal to 2 stars. Nice views and kind staff. We enjoyed the local cuisine in the restaurant.

Lots of supplies in the room: an electronic key card and a TV. We found kitchenette there with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines and refrigerator...
